Dr. Actham Bakhiet, PhD

Entrepreneur and Animal Nutritionist with 15+ years of academic and professional experience focused on ruminant nutrition, . Founder & Lead Consultant at Sacobais Consulting, serving livestock producers across Ontario. Member — Ontario Agri-Business Association (OABA).

Dr. Actham Bakhiet holds a PhD in Animal Nutrition (2016), recognized in Canada in 2019, with a research focus on small ruminants at Sudan University of Science and Technology. He also earned a MSc in Tropical Animal Production (2011) and a BSc (Honors) in Animal Production (2006), both equivalently recognized in Canada in 2019. Most recently, he completed a Postgraduate Diploma Certificate in Entrepreneurship Management (George Brown College, Toronto, Ontario, 2024).
